Increasing Repair and Claims Costs
Inconsistent Claims Experience
Fragmented Communication

Insurers, we get you.

We understand the challenges of managing claims teams, repairers across different verticals, insureds, and other internal / external stakeholders.
We also hear your frustration and don't see the current way of doing things getting any better results.
The great news is the solution isn't rocket science. There may be some data science, though!
Forward thinking insurers understand that the 'status quo' of handling water damage projects needs to evolve.

Cathryn Pudner
Co-Founder
Cathryn's interest in developing innovative solutions for business and community needs stem from her background in anthropology and data analytics. Following her education at The University of Auckland, where she obtained a BA and BA (Honours) in biological anthropology, she went on to provide human-centric approaches within marketing and research roles.
While managing Excel Group's digital strategy, Cathryn picked up a GradCert in Data Analytics from Melbourne Institute of Technology out of interest in the growing potential for data science methods in the property claims space. Cathryn has since managed and overseen clearScope's product development strategy.
